Childrens Exercise

Toddlercise - Tuesday and Thursday 10:45am. A 45 minute class featuring letters of the alphabet for 1-3 year olds and their grown-ups.

Family Tae Kwon Do - 50 minute classes for the entire family (recommended for ages 6 and up) following the disciplines of TAE KWON DO. Family programs are offered to all club members, 5 years of age and older, who are REGISTERED MEMBERS. Children between the ages of 5 and 7 ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ADULT PRESENT IN CLASS WITH THEM.

Family Okinawa-te - 50 Minute class for the entire family following the disciplines of OKINAWA-TE. This style of martial arts will teach punches, kicks, self-defense, escapes from grabs, and sparring.

*Family Programs are offered to all club members, 5 years of age and older, who are REGISTERED MEMBERS.

All class participants ages 4 and older must be added to the membership. Guest participation is $5.00 per class. All classes are 45-50 minutes in length. Please come and join us. For more information, please speak to Brandi Marshall, Fitness Director.
