MARCH PERSONAL TRAINING SPECIAL
The days are getting longer and the weather is getting warmer. Is your body in the shape that you want? If not, commit to exercising with a Personal Trainer one, two, or three times a week for one month and your Trainer will help get you well on your way. Develop a complete plan for your cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility workouts.

4 Week Programs (sessions are 45 minutes in length)
1x/week (4 total sessions) = $160
2x/week (8 total sessions) = $305
3x/week (12 total sessions) = $430

OAKRIDGE WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE INSPIRED BY "THE BIGGEST LOSER"

Do you like a little healthy competition? Do you think you have what it takes to change your body? We think you do, and we want to motivate you to work out harder and eat healthier. Any member can participate, and the person(s) that lose the highest percentage of their initial body weight will be the "biggest loser", but also the biggest winner because you will feel great about what you have accomplished. Please pick up complete information at the front desk or weight room desk beginning March 3rd.
