JEN GALVAN
HEAD PERSONAL TRAINER
PHILOSOPHY
I believe fitness is not just about working out. Sure you have to do cardiovascular exercises to burn fat and strength training to build muscle but fitness is also a state of mind. If you are in a positive mind frame and can be focused in your life then you will be able to meet your fitness goals. Stress, toxic relationships, self-esteem, and attitude can play a negative role and can possibly lead to roadblocks in your fitness goals. I believe with the right mind frame, (positive and proactive), along with a realistic eating plan and a workout program consisting of cardio, resistance and flexibility training that is consistent a person can reach any goal they put their mind to.
CLIENT BASE
Jen enjoys working with beginners the most because she loves to see the improvements they make along with how exercising can change their life. She also enjoys those clients who are up for new challenges and are willing to push themselves in a safe manner in order to meet their goals. Jen has worked with all fitness levels and ages including teenagers and athletes as well as women pre and post menopause.
