PHILOSOPHY

A holistic approach is the key to maintaining health, wellness, and vitality throughout life.  A great exercise program combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility training as well as proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to maximize health benefits.  Fitness is individual – every person should have an exercise program uniquely tailored to their fitness goals.  I work with my clients to establish realistic and attainable goals so that progress is made and accomplishments are achieved.  Most of all – exercise is not a chore… it should be fun!
