PHILOSOPHY
I am a big believer in setting and accomplishing goals. As a personal trainer I hope to help others set and attain their own goals. I love to see the success and transformations that people can make. I believe that having balance in life can help people live life to the fullest and really enjoy what they have. Life is busy and I hope to encourage clients to find that balance and continue to progress to their full potential.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients at all different fitness levels. Whether you want to learn how to work out, achieve weight loss, or improve certain skills. Regardless of level, I am interested in working with people that are ready to make the positive changes in their life to better themselves.

SPECIALIZATIONS
I have been working here at Oakridge as a Group Fitness Instructor for the last 6 years. I have enjoyed working with the members and getting to know them. As a Personal Trainer I will get to know the individual and understand their hopes for themselves, I will be able to cater to their wants and needs on a whole different level.
I started at this gym as a member, and I can really relate to a lot of the members here. Whether you are hoping for weight loss, pre or post pregnancy activity, improving quality of life, or toning and strengthening I can really relate to you, since I have been through that journey myself.
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
I am a mother of 5 young boys, so a lot of my time is tending to and chasing after them. I do find some extra time for myself and enjoy the following:

- Playing the Piano
- Spending Time with Family and Friends
